"Meh. This property needs some love. Worn carpets, front door on the fritz, leaky ceiling in the breakfast area, broken Nespresso machine, ice maker not working. The buffet was pretty sad - lukewarm coffee, waffles that were barely edible, and just generally not worth the price. I’ve stayed at the other AC Mariott in Somerville and it was MUCH better. Likely won’t book again. On the upside, it’s located next to a lovely walking path. "

"Staff very unfriendly at front desk. Lack of knowledge. My wife was at the front desk late evening and the agent took a long time to check in . Asked two times the ID . From a chain like Hilton we are expecting a better customer service "

"We stay at the Hyatt Place in Medford 1-2x a year visiting family in the area. It is in a great spot with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, but never heard any noise. The doors slam loudly so you can hear others coming & going, but it isn't too bad. Ramona in the cafe is a welcome sight every year. She is the kindest person and helps any day start off on the right foot. We'll be back soon!"

"We love the location and the lobby is great. The room is also comfortable, spacious, clean and we love the windows facing two different directions. We also ate at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. We have two negative comments: 1) This is our third time staying at this hotel and our room this time did not have any comfortable chairs as in the past. 2) The lobby coffee in the morning is terrible - not prepared correctly - much too weak and watery."
