"Two different AC units in the room, one worked well and the other not so much. Bed was decent but not great. Stains in the ceiling in the room. Buffet breakfast and reception hour were nice. Hotel shower not big enough for tall people."

"I recently stayed at Potawatomi and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The on-site casino was a lot of fun, with a great atmosphere and plenty of gaming options to keep us entertained. The only issue during this stay was with the room service app. On multiple occasions, the app was not functioning properly, and I was unable to place room service orders. This was disappointing, especially since room service has worked well during my previous stays and I’ve never experienced this problem before. Aside from the app issues, the property was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would certainly stay here again and hope the room service technology issues are resolved for future guests."

"There were only two cups in the room and they were coffee cups. When I asked for more they sent 2 wine glasses. I asked for a wake up call and never got one. The restaurant had a very limited menu with one entree being tacos. It would appear that the hotel although nicely restored is very short staffed."
