"Historic hotel with lots of charm in a great location."

"Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and had a superb stay. Staff were really helpful, from check in to check out and our last day storing our cases and helping us with the metro. Each room was big enough for 2, not huge, but we we pleasantly pleased and the bed was really comfy. Ok so there are not much supplies for tea and coffee with milk but you have a fridge and a shop more or less opposite on the main road to stock yourselves up. Air conditioning didn’t really seem to kick in but we didn’t feel overly warm and yes the loft is small but all part of the charm of this boutique hotel. The area is absolutely the best I’ve stayed in Paris with each way you walk something different and so much choice for food and drink. We visited most places on foot but taxied to the Eiffel Tower and metro’d to the ChampEllysee. All easy enough. "

"The WiFi was fast enough. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and consistent. It was nice seeing the same faces daily and there were plenty of them to assist any guest. My room was very clean and nice. I did not try breakfast any given day. My only complaint would be that there was no coffee in the room or in the lobby or anywhere that I could see besides having to go to restaurant area, that's the only amenity not available."

"The decor is a bit quirky, but unfortunately the rooms feel dark and outdated. Connectivity inside the room is very poor, even when using the hotel’s Wi‑Fi, which made it difficult to stay connected. Breakfast costs €16, but it does not offer good value for money — the food did not feel very fresh and the selection was limited."
