"Great central location. Its needs renovation. Shabby looking and most appliances were broken down, in constant repair and they key cards stopped working daily."

"It's always been a fun place, and the various offerings there are a benefit. The mouldings, however, in my room, were very dirty and dusty. All else great."

I will return to this boutique hotel. It’s located centrally in Kirkland with easy access to to downtown and the waterfront. Kirkland, Bellevue and just minutes to downtown Seattle make it perfect for business. It’s quiet and has all the amenities for walking, shopping and dinning in the area. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds, quality linens. The desk, lighting and other amenities such as coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator make it extra comfortable. I was fortunate to get a room with a view of Lake Washington this time, last time we the garden view was nice too. Easy parking. I’ll be back. "

"We checked in and my husband wasn’t feeling well. I called the front desk and she shifted things around so that we could stay the next night also. We had a room with an accessible bathroom and our dog so space was hard to find. Everything was great. "
"The check in clerk was so sweet and accommodating and understanding of our situation. She tried her best to make sure we were able to still get a room that day even though we booked for the wrong weekend and the new reservation wasn't coming up on her end. "
