"Beautiful hotel… we will be back… lux greeting with champagne, great breakfast options next door, plush towels in room, comfy beds, and the Molton Brown of London Handsoap and body lotion smelled divine. Also, we had a great view of Lake Washington and being right on the lake, the evening walk was perfect with our dog (love that they are pet friendly)."

"In town for volleyball matches and to visit granddaughter. Ron was the perfect host. Spent time explaining everything and was going to permit early check in which didn't work out due to a delayed flight, but was much appreciated anyway. There is ample parking on the street which was also greatly appreciated. Seems close to everything we needed. I don't think there was anything missing that would have made our stay more enjoyable. There are some steps down to the entrance but handrails are available. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Ron."

"Great spot close to UW! Beautiful wooded location, wonderful beds and linens (ample towels!). Kitchen was stocked well and Ron took the to walk us through the ins and outs of the property. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful property and accommodating hosts. The bed (and quilt) was comfy and the fireplace warmed me in the mornings and late evenings. A beautiful place to relax and rejuvenate. The full kitchen had all the essentials to make all my meals. Very quiet and private. Being close to Juanita Bay was a bonus feature for early morning walks."

"We stayed in Kirkland for 5 days to visit relatives and explore Seattle. It was a fantastic base for exploring. The house was great and exactly as shown in the listing. We loved having the trail right nearby and there were plenty of playgrounds within walking distance for the kids. The beds were very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back."
