"Very disappointing experience overall. I booked three rooms months in advance for my son's graduation trip and was told our rooms would be together, but they were placed far apart across the property. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions.
The rooms themselves were in poor condition. We had issues with the shower, toilet, and door, all of which appeared to need repair. For the price paid, I expected much better maintenance and attention to detail.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the property itself. The pools, grounds, and amenities were nice and well-kept. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and condition of the rooms overshadowed what could have been a great family vacation.
I would not choose to stay here again. Oh and definitely don’t book third party, That seemed to be part of their initial issue with us."
