"Great location for needs, lovely rooms , clean. Only thing let down a bit was staff, especially in restaurant, seemed a bit clueless. Reception better but felt like everything took ages. Not as efficient as could be."

"Very dated paid a very high rate for the hotel, expected a better quality of hotel for this price point. Room was dusty and I had to take antihistamines because of how dusty it was. Cobwebs on the ceiling, bathroom was dated the hot water tap was so hot it burt my hands. A very bad experience and no acknowledgment of my email to complain"
