"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"I recently had a 5 day, 4 night stay. I stayed there with my wife, son and mother in law. We stayed in 1 club room 5th floor, double beds with a terrace. The room was nice. Bed mattress was okay. I felt could have been better. The terrace and the view, loved it. The bathroom had some room. Multiple family members were able to use it at one time.
As far as restaurants, you have to make an appointment except for the buffett which is at Choicez. The day we arrived, around 2-3pm, there were no dinner appointments left. Some reservations need to set aside for those that arrive on day off. I felt a bit cheated. We only had opportunity to eat at 2 restaurants in 4 nights. I was not happy with that. The entertainment is "family " friendly on Ziva side, the side I was staying on. Zilara is the adult side. I was told we had access to that side as an adult but didn't take advantage of it. Maybe next time. All in all we had a great trip!"

"Stayed here for 3 nights on a 3 week tour of Jamaica. It’s a well kept, safe resort with excellent amenities. The staff are the best thing about this hotel, so kind friendly and welcoming. The food is good, the buffet for me has the nicest authentic food and the jerk hut. Breakfast options were lovely, as was the cafe. Booking dinner tables isn’t easy, they should have more options open. Charging for room service is unfair as if you can’t get a dinner table you don’t have much choice! The beach has a lot of seaweed, definitely not the nicest beach was saw in Jamaica but it’s shallow and warm. "
