The Section Seven Holidays from AU$1,875

I was quite disappointed with my experience. The room didn’t feel clean and didn’t meet the standards I expected from a higher-end hotel. The staff were less than friendly, with many being quite rude. The food was terrible; we ended up spending $160 at the restaurant, and the potatoes were inedible. The steak had no flavor, and even the Brussels sprouts were of lower quality than what you'd find at Walmart. We felt cheated and left the restaurant hungry. However, I must commend the two gentlemen who served our food—they were excellent and the main reason we chose not to voice our concerns. On a positive note, Melanie, the barista, was fantastic and truly saved the hotel's reputation. Starbucks clearly knows how to deliver great customer service, and they could teach the hotel staff a thing or two. Overall, it was disheartened. My husband had a business trip, and we joined him, covering the cost of our own room. While I try to avoid regrets, I can’t help but wish we had chosen a different place to stay.

Pool was shut down for the entire week we stayed. No advance notice. The room we stayed in was old & dated. Shower door leaked water everytime you used it. Soda machine on our floor was empty everyday of our stay. We will be back to Vegas, not 100% sure if the Horseshoe will be our place of choice.

The property was okay they needed more cleaning supplies and the jacuzzi was dirty but the most uncomfortable thing is that its not as advertised a private home entirely there is a woman that stays in the garage stating she is there for any questions or concerns about the property but welcomed herself inside and knocking on the door for no apparent reason just to guve cookies and request food to be left behind stay in the fridge witch was awkwardness ...

Amazing staff. Amazing hotel. But a bit overpriced. Everything else I loved, so elegant and beautiful. And staff is wonderful! The rooms are so beautiful!
