"Really great hotel for when you're coming in from an international flight, but need to be bright and cheery and fresh the next morning. Simple accommodation, but the bed (firm!), blackout curtains, and light-and-sound alarm will have you sleeping like a log and waking up like a fresh little flower. If anything could be improved, I'd say more water pressure, hotter water in the shower, but in a big building that's a substantial investment. Nice little walk from most things with social transit access, too."

"Breakfast was nice but very expensive for what it was. Luckily, we had $ towards if from Expedia. We had a top room for a good price but there is no way those rooms are $300 plus per night. I've stayed in something pretty similar for $100..I suppose you're paying for the location and views."

"My third stay as I have to be here in Boston so regularly. Not quite as well equipped as the Avia, but much closer and easier to get downtown Boston. Again, a bit older hotel, but well kept and clean. I will be staying there again, probably several times as I conduct business in Boston."

"The room a stay itself were wonderful. A 20 minute walk or quick train ride to any sight we wanted to see. Parking was limited to only the local garage, which had a discounted rate of $35/day through the hotel. Otherwise, the streets in the area were permit parking only. "
