Check-in was quick. The front desk staff was nice, but not over friendly or welcoming. I called that morning to request connecting rooms, and it wasn’t even mentioned on check-in. I had to ask if they were able to accommodate. They weren’t able to as nothing as available. Also, we were unable to sign into the WiFi the entire weekend. The front desk said they were working on it.

I know this hotel is new. Everything was so nice and fresh. Loved first walking in and it smelled so nice. Every thing was clean and neat. Our room was nice as well. Definitely will stay there again.

We were a large group with many rooms, yet the staff at The Artisan made each of us feel like their most important guest. From check-in to housekeeping to rooftop bar to fitness center, the team was professional, efficient, and warm. The location was perfect for a get-away with nearby shopping and many restaurant options within walking distance.

Hi, checkin was great Mary Lou was very pleasant! And knowledgeable! Upon arrival at room we were taken back by how much hair, dirt, FILTH, and most of all the smell in the washroom. The sink drain i believe was so pungent i had to keep the door closed. I took a video and pics of the filth on the floors. We were going to complain to the desk but it was so busy and all we wanted to do was enjoy our vacation. So we decide to make the best of it out of the room. The check out woman gave us a free coffee and sandwich card and sent us on our way. For the price of one night, it was truly upsetting. This was a kid free night for my wife's birthday and I felt bad this was our experience. I feel let down.

Absolutely fabulous! We live in MA but wanted to get away for the night to a hotel with a pool. Hands down, this hotel is beautiful. Drinks by the pool and everything is within walking distance for a good time. The rooftop bar has a dj on the weekends. You will not be disappointed.
