"Comfortable room with great shower and deep bath. Room could be better with a coffee machine as Nescafé instant coffee isn’t great. Bed was very comfy and room quiet. We enjoyed our brief stay. Hotel lounge area has bulky chairs that aren’t really very comfortable and they clutter up the room! "

"We loved it. Pleasantly surprised at how beautifully appointed and comfortable and cosy the cottages were. We stayed in a 1 bedroom. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we came this way. "

"Lovely old building which has been renovated. The rooms do not have ensuites but understanding the era that is why. The bathrooms available have been renovated well , big, clean & great hot water. Food in the hotel was very nice."

"The property was clean and pre-warmed for our arrival. Check in was effortless and quick although no direction was given for return of keys if departing early. The bed was extremely comfortable A downside was the difficulty in accessing the designated car park; it is too small for medium/large SUVs."
