"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
"Little gem of a hotel, great staff, clean everywhere, super food in the restaurant, totally recommend this hotel, will 100% return again on our next visit to Oxford."
"Nice rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, main meals were good, breakfast was ok, but not much choice if you like a continental breakfast, easy place to get to. "
"We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed...
"Nice stay, easy onsite parking through remote gates leading to property. Good breakfast located a short stroll away at the show jumping club house. Peaceful setting. "
"English pub in a quiet, but well connetted, area in Oxford. The room is nice, well equipped and with an en-suite, new bathroom. Great English breakfast served every morning and very helpful staff."

"I booked this property for almost one thousand euros, expecting suitable accommodation for four people who were in town for a professional installation. The experience was appalling from the very beginning.Upon arrival, we could not access the property. It took over an hour to reach anyone who could provide us with the key box code. Once we finally gained entry, the situation deteriorated further. The property was in an unacceptable and unhygienic state. The kitchen was ancient, with clear signs of rot, and should be completely renovated. Mold was present in every window throughout the property. The carpets were in a deplorable condition—heavily stained, torn, and clearly damaged by animals. The bathroom was in an appalling state, with human excrement on the edge of the toilet, a broken shower faucet, and rust covering the radiators.Although the beds appeared to be new and were the only clean items in the house, every room had a pervasive smell of damp and mold. Mold was even found growing under a mat. Every window in the bedrooms was affected by mold, and the entire property stank of dampness and decay. In my honest opinion, the property is completely unfit for human habitation; I would not subject an animal to these conditions.Despite the exorbitant price, we did not stay. We found mold in all the cooking facilities and on the pans in the kitchen. When we raised these issues with the management team, they refused outright to provide any refund, offering no explanation!"

Would not have allowed my daughter (22!) to go down on her own to meet uber delivery! Disappointed after a 5 hr journey. Like i said, inside is really nice. "
