It was spotless, well stocked and had warm touches, such as our names on the welcome board, a bottle of wine, a basket full of snacks. We were so impressed.Nightly visits by "Birdie" a Doe who visited the bird feeders every evening, just added to the charm of this getaway.We spent about week enjoying the peace and quiet, the river and the area. "Looked like a newly remodeled or decorated home. Everything in perfect condition. We were able to fish from bank and caught some big catfish!! She did not list in her description that there is hiking right by the home. Short drive to downtown and many of the attractions in Chat. Would definitely stay again. "
