Clean room, helpful staff, useful amenities. 2 complimentary drinks from the bar per adult per day. Pool was in great shape. Excellent location just a 5-minute walk from the Tennessee Aquarium. The rooftop breakfast was incredible. I’d say one of the better complimentary hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had.

The location was very easy to get get to off of the highway! Breakfast was a little better than your typical continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were restaurants nearby in walking distance! Pool, sauna, were great!

Perfect Downtown location. Enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace w great views of Chattanooga. Only complaint is I don't like the scent of the liquid soaps etc into the rooms.

Front desk accommodated my room change closet to elevator . Weird light placements and switches trout room. Outlets were extremely still topping anything into- coffee maker was broken. Bed was great- breakfast buffet was exceptional- rooftop terrace gave wonderful view of the city, omelet station chefs rocked it! Checkout and valet were easy and very convenient. Front desk gave great restaurant recommendation. Overall- great stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I am very picky about where I lay my head, and this hotel met my standards. The room was nice and cozy. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Not to mention, the indoor pool and buffet breakfast were a plus. This will definitely be my go-to if I am in Chattanooga again.

Nice hotel, newer and in good location. The kids museum is next door so the breakfast room in the morning was packed and chaotic with lots and lots to of small kids. We’d stay somewhere else next time.

This place is centrally located to everything and is probably the nicest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was super helpful and always asked if we needed anything when just passing by. I would recommend staying here 10/10 times. The only thing I was unware of was parking is not free and you had to essentially use the valet service, not a huge deal just would be nice to know before booking.
