"We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach and would absolutely return. One of our favorite parts was the easy access to the beach. Having beach chairs included as hotel guests made it so convenient to relax and fully enjoy the ocean. The views from our room were beautiful and really added to the whole experience. The breakfast brunch was outstanding and definitely a highlight of our stay. The only downside was that during the busy time, they seemed a bit understaffed. Our waitress was clearly stretched thin, but she handled everything with such a positive attitude, which we really appreciated. The pool area was phenomenal, clean, inviting, and a great place to unwind. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant and memorable experience. Overall, a great stay with just a small opportunity for improvement during peak dining hours. We would definitely recommend it."

He is incredibly welcoming and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need, from local dining tips to ensuring your morning breakfast is perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests' experience; he treats you like a friend rather than just another booking. The attention to detail here is stellar. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the tropical garden creates a peaceful, private sanctuary. We spent so much time enjoying the heated pool and the massive hot tub—everything is kept sparkling clean and in top-tier condition. It's clear that Russel takes immense pride in the property, and it shows in every corner of the house and gardens. It’s quiet, safe, and perfectly located near Wilton Manors and the beach is a short walk Whether you're relaxing in the library or chatting poolside, the atmosphere is laid-back and genuinely restorative. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Fort Lauderdale!"

"I stayed at the property from Friday 4/17 to Sunday 4/19 and the staff and property were great. Monique assisted me the last time I stayed on site and she was there this last stay. She is very friendly, professional and helpful. I also was assisted by Rome during my stay, he as well was very professional and friendly. Each of them made any questions I had answered with great service. However, due to the horrendous service from the valet company, I will not stay at this property again. At first paying a fee for valet per day seemed like an amazing deal however, the valet workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. During my two night stay, I was made to wait almost 30min for valet to take my car then, was told that oh I should have just let my key card unattended in my car during a high traffic time. Then I went to retrieve my car the next morning and the valet handed me my key card and made me go retrieve my car myself from valet. The last night I came back to the hotel to have valet empty from other cars and three valet workers. Two of them were just on their phone and one just stared. When I drove up they all looked over and then looked away. There was zero acknowledgement. I then exited my vehicle and approached the booth. Still no acknowledgement just the third guy staring at me. I handed him my key card and went up. My car sat there for over 25min and other cars ended up coming and they treated them and took their cars. I have never experienced such poor service."
