One drawback was the lack of storage furniture for clothing, which made it difficult to organize belongings. The larger concern was activity in the building’s stairwell. Groups gathered there drinking and smoking, which felt uncomfortable. On several occasions, there were late-night knocks on the door (around 1 AM and 3 AM), which was concerning and impacted the overall sense of safety. On a positive note, the location is close to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. Once across the bridge, you can request a Circuit car, a free and convenient electric ride service similar to Uber. In summary, the apartment is well maintained and enjoyable, but there are areas for improvement, particularly Wi-Fi reliability, guest safety, and storage. With these improvements, this could be an even better place to stay."

"The room was clean and check in process was smooth. The management/staff was responsive to concerns. The A/C did not work properly but the fan made the room more comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Ample parking is available for all units."
