"We used to stay in this hotel for years but haven’t been there for few years. I have to say that we arrived super early & they still had us checked in so that was very helpful. The hotel in general is worn out a bit. Swimming pool was crowded on our first day there. Staff @ the swimming pool bar are super nice and food was good. We paid for breakfast when we booked our hotel stay and @ check out it was charged again, but the lady @ the check out counter apologized and fix the bill. I mainly have two complaints, first the bathroom from the next door room was very loud, we could hear the facet water, flush and shower very loudly in our room. Secondly on our last night, we came back around 10 Pm & the bathroom ceiling was leaking a bit but the kids were very tired and we didn’t want to call & have someone come in. We put a towel on the floor as it was dripping from one area and just a bit. Kids woke up at night to use the bathroom but the whole floor was water and ceiling is dripping from so many places. We had to put all the towels on the floor. My kids step in it and was not sure how clean is it? As soon as we woke up for breakfast, we went & told them. They didn’t apologize or anything but they said they will send someone to fix it while we are in breakfast. They did but we were surprised that they left the bathroom in a very disgusting way. More water on the floor, dirt falling off from the ceiling pieces that they took off to fix. Kids refused to use the bathroom."

"I stayed at the property from Friday 4/17 to Sunday 4/19 and the staff and property were great. Monique assisted me the last time I stayed on site and she was there this last stay. She is very friendly, professional and helpful. I also was assisted by Rome during my stay, he as well was very professional and friendly. Each of them made any questions I had answered with great service. However, due to the horrendous service from the valet company, I will not stay at this property again. At first paying a fee for valet per day seemed like an amazing deal however, the valet workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. During my two night stay, I was made to wait almost 30min for valet to take my car then, was told that oh I should have just let my key card unattended in my car during a high traffic time. Then I went to retrieve my car the next morning and the valet handed me my key card and made me go retrieve my car myself from valet. The last night I came back to the hotel to have valet empty from other cars and three valet workers. Two of them were just on their phone and one just stared. When I drove up they all looked over and then looked away. There was zero acknowledgement. I then exited my vehicle and approached the booth. Still no acknowledgement just the third guy staring at me. I handed him my key card and went up. My car sat there for over 25min and other cars ended up coming and they treated them and took their cars. I have never experienced such poor service."

"Easy parking, great AC, extremely clean rooms great grounds and easy access to area restaurant and bars. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Staff is available and ready to assist with requests "

"Interesting place. Seems to be in revival though. I hope it does well, However, the parking is on street only (not fond of that at all), the restaurant was closed (and seems permanently so), a lot of street noises filters in, and the pool area closes at the rather nebulous time of “dusk.” Some loud repairs going on in the room next door one day. But the pool area, even with the odd hours, was lovely, as was the covered patio on the other side. Staff was terrific. "

"Great location, right on the waterway with water taxi stop right there. Short walk to the beach, shopping and amenities close by. Nice lobby area with coffee shop, restaurant, games for the family and bar. Valet parking and free storage of your luggage if needed. Outside space was beautifully landscaped- lots of lounge chairs, patio bar and tables to sit and watch the boats go by or the draw bridge! Pool was lovely too! Outdoor games as well. Rooms were large and spacious but well worn. The biggest negative was the cleanliness… dishes still had food on them, sheets were clean but stained, same with white towels- not clean. Windows, appliances wiped with dirty cloth leaving gross film on everything!!! Bare minimum utensils. But the layout was really nice- could be awesome if refreshed and kept to a higher standard of cleanliness! Shout out to Steve at the front desk- went out of his way to call us a taxi ride to the airport!"
