"The room was clean but dated, the staff just sit there and don’t really go above and beyond. The breakfast was non existent and the AC was horrible. Even with it being cold outside and the AC on max the room was still warm. The AC isn’t blowing cold air it just makes noise. In wouldn’t want to stay there again."

"Nice hotel for the price. Safe location not too far from Durham Chapel Hill border. Late night 2am Wendy's drive thru is nearby. Only real con: you need AC sometimes on Upper floors even when it's only low 60s outside. Also no apparent way to switch between AC and heat. It's either AC or nothing. They must control it from a central location."
