Good hotel with a great location while visiting my daughter at unc. The comforter on the bed is way too thin but the beds are comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Only downfall was no coffee maker or hot water machine in the rooms but they did have it available in the lobby. Nice touch to hand us water and a snack when we checked in.

The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great. The only issue I could think of well besides the bed being a little too soft Was room next to us whoever was had a baby that seemed like the walls were a little thin because the baby woke me up again and again and again, so I didn’t sleep very well Besides that everything was great

TP is flimsy! Hate the soap dispensers! Too hard to get out! Too noisy with heater on or off! Can’t turn off the fan so it constantly runs & is way too loud!!! Everything else is great. Beds are vet comfy!
