"Really beautiful guest house set in the Devonshire countryside and amazing hosts . Made to feel very welcome . Room was lovely , clean and the bed was so comfy !!! The homemade cake was a nice added touch . Delicious home cooked breakfast and beautiful fresh fruit and delicious granola !!!

"Just got back from a lovely peaceful trip, the cottage had everything we needed, beds were really comfy and great quality. The hosts were friendly, had some great recommendations and were there if needed. We felt very welcome to explore the grounds, the gardens were beautiful and every corner there was something to see, like a ‘Secret Garden’, me and my Lab had big smiles on our faces exploring, especially the meadow. Hope to visit again, thanks for hosting us xxx"
"We had a brilliant stay here just after Christmas for 6 nights. The cottage was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed—it felt like a proper home away from home.
The kids absolutely loved feeding the farm animals every morning (so did we!) it was such a fun way to start the day and definitely made the stay extra special.
Carolyn and Carl were fantastic hosts—so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.

"We were totally blown away by for us a perfect cottage. It was spacious & well equipped. No local facilities but major town of Bideford was 6 min drive away. Yes you could find small bits of wear & tear but nothing took away the complete feeling of total relaxation. Yes we would & will book again."
