Really handy for walking into central Christchurch and very close to great food outlets, the Tram ride and the Catheral Square. Off street parking and very easy to find. "Hotel is extremely clean and staff amazing...super friendly and incredibly obliging. Great having kitchen facilities (we were there for 3 nights so it comes in handy having the use of utensils, wine glasses etc. Everything is quality...also great to be able to have Netflix. My only issue was (as we were there for 3 nights), it would've been nice to have a clearer view out of the windows instead into the wall of another building so that we could have our curtains open more.
If we'd asked they probably would've moved us...but hey, I didn't so my bag. We love the place and will definitely be staying again.

"The room was far better than I was expecting. I was impressed by my large roof balcony (although far too wet and windy to use it on my visit) and the lovely view to the Botanic Gardens from it. Comfortable bed, the heating worked and a nice bathroom. Only improvement I can think of is a desk and chair, as I got a kink in my back from trying to work on my laptop off the bedside table. It's walkable from here. The Botanic Gardens across the road is worth a visit. There's a restaurant/café next door. Bus 8 from the airport has a stop not too far away, so that's convenient.
I would stay here again and recommend this to others."
