Our unit B14 located on the top or second floor was spotlessly clean and bright so this made for a wonderful stay. The location we found perfect for our needs; walking distance to city centre etc. Luggage racks would have made life easier rather than having to manage our bags on the floor. Car parking we found a problem one evening after returning in our vehicle, there were no parking spaces. Another guest was in the same predicament. We agreed a motel of this standard should have one space per unit. This doesn’t seem to be the case. Regardless, we recommend this property and would stay again.

Handy to city and a central base to all areas in ChCh. Nice and clean, spacious and quiet. Walking distance to city and for meals. This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.
