"The room was large and clean. There were two sinks, one in the bathroom area and one in the general entrance area, where the fridge was, so you could have drinks and an ice chest of snacks there. The staff was very nice. There was parking near the card key entrance (security) close to the room so you didn’t have to wander the halls looking for your room. Did not eat breakfast or anything in the dining area."

"got in late. check in ok...but not very friendly. it's a big motel and it's busy so was a bit noisy. next morning i got up to shower and discovered zero soap. called reception and was told to come pick it up ... pablo tried to help and seemed to support the customer service notion that the soap should be delivered to the customer's room...but the manager had a different concept of customer service...she felt it was quite appropriate to expect the customer to get dressed, go all the way to reception and pick up the soap themself.... NOT MY IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! we had another reservation for 2 weeks time, so cancelled that and left. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE."

"Breakfast service was horrible. Took forever and was told had to pay for coffee and ice tea we said ok. When coffee came the handle was all sticky and I sent back. I did get another Cup. Asked for toast and i was told I had to pay extra. I said yes ok Took forever for someone to come tell me they had no toast/ no bread. Another person came said what kind of toast would I like and it would cost me. Ok I will pay. Brought toast and I said I didn’t want warm bread I want toast. Finally got toast and had to request jelly. Breakfast service was very bad but we did like the hotel."

"I brought what most of us all bring, including charging cables for my cell phone etc. but I forgot to bring with me, my charging block(s). It was late, so I had to manage without. I know that there are places to stay, where these things are provided for. I’m wondering if Marriott may be doing these same things already. I understand it may be a large undertaking to provide these needs in every room. But, on this trip unfortunately, I was truly the accidental tourist."

"The location of this property is perfect! I was in town visiting my family and both my son and my daughter were five minutes away. The mall and movie theaters are all within five minutes and freeway access was literally one minute. The host was great and communicated with me throughout my stay. Overall it was exactly what I needed for me and my family to visit and hangout as opposed to staying in a hotel room."
