"The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant so unlike other hotel breakfast, you ordered off a "hotel guest menu" and it was freshly prepared for you! And there was waitperson service! Very enjoyable!"

"Wonderful escape and convenient to family members living in the area. Host was very accommodating. Comfortable sleeping in both the bed and couch bed.I will definitely come back and recommend to others that want to visit our family here in Thousand Oaks. It was truly a little slice of heaven."

"The staff was friendly. The parking lot was full, even the backlot, due to construction/remodeling of the hotel. It seemed like all employees (construction) parked and took all the spots with their equipment (storage bins), etc. Our first room flooded and we were moved into another, but that room had the stench of weed and we slept with the window open. The beds were not comfortable and I don't think they were queen size (full size). Rooms could be cleaner, especially the cabinets."

"Very secure. All the rooms open onto a beautiful atrium. The only shortcoming was that the room had no bath towels, only smaller hand towels. I discovered this after the morning shower; I should have checked the previous day."
