"Very comfortable in arrival. Parking spaces and staff very helpful.
Very large rooms and bathroom. Everything functioned.
Not a SMART TV so the first one I can remember I couldn't use my fire stick!
The hotel was once very grand but now needs extensive upgrades in almost every area.
Breakfast was average but good wasn't kept warm and choices limited."

"Room is small but clean, bed is comfy, waterpressure in shower is good, but how can other say this is an quiet Hotel??? The traffic noise where horrendous, it sounded as if the motorbikes where in the room. I booked and paid for 3 nights but changed hotel after first night, impossible to sleep. No refound what so ever even though I canceled as soon as I checked in."

"The Bua Tara Resort is a hidden gem in the Pattaya, Thailand area. If you seek solitude and peaceful natural beauty Bua Tara is ideal. The rare and exquisite lotus flowers surround your private villa in natural spring pools along with plenty of large catfish and tilapia that await your feeding. And, a healthy modern spa is available to relax or exercise with friends. Overall, Bua Tara is a unique blend of nature and peace that is very reasonable on your budget. "Staff was great and the rooms looked better in person. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing!! Best thing about it that is in prime location with all the massage and food places around. The value itself was what stood out to me."
"Everyone was extremely professional, helpful, supportive, and very respectful. The hospitality was exceptional. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed every aspect of the hotel and staff."
"Exceptional Stay at Mining Gems — A Hidden Gem in Pattaya
We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Mining Gems in Pattaya! Despite the name, this is not an activity venue — it's a true luxury hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail, the beautifully designed interiors, and the top-tier service. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and comfortable.
Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with high-end finishes that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star resort. Everything — from the bedding to the bathroom amenities — was top quality. The hotel grounds were equally impressive, offering a peaceful and well-maintained environment to relax and unwind.
We also appreciated the subtle “mining” theme, which was more about branding and design flair than any kind of literal gem-mining — a clever and classy touch rather than a gimmick.
This hotel truly is a hidden gem (pun intended!) in Pattaya. If you're looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and well-run place to stay, Mining Gems is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!"
