Amazing hotel! The kids had so much fun in the pools, the playground and the playroom . The breakfast was excellent! The only complaint is about the elevators - there are only a few elevators and a lot of floors so the elevators are busy and you have to wait..

The property worked for us and we had two conjoining rooms for our 4 person family. It was not a suite, but conjoining rooms. Basic and fine. Nothing special, but it did the trick for us. Fun little water park. It would be great for families with kids under 10 years old.

OVERALL GOOD FOR CHILDREN

For Indian Travellers with a family and small children it is a good property as the WAVE swimming pool is the attraction for kids . Hotel has child friendly policies but the size of the rooms is small as is everywhere in Pattaya. For adult fun seekers it's a little away from the action zone and you need transport maybe GRAB. Hotel shuttle is just for show not effective.
