The reviews for this place are definitely unfair. In fact, it’s kinda outrageous because our experience was pretty close to a 5/5! From the moment we arrived, the staff at check-in were friendly, helpful, and professional. They have concierges available to answer questions and make recommendations, and they really do a great job. Shantell at Guest Services was absolutely amazing—super helpful, warm, and went above and beyond. Check-in was easy, payment was straightforward, and we had no issues accessing our unit. We had a renovated room. Yes, the flooring is inexpensive and there were a few spots of chipped paint, but none of that bothered us or was even an issue and certainly nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The unit was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and the rooms were very nice. The mattresses are standard and basic inexpensive hotel grade but they did the job. The kitchen area was clean and well-stocked with utensils, mugs, plates, and bowls. We used paper goods, but everything you’d need is there. Awesome"
