"Excellent location, the kids love playing in the sand dunes opposite and a short walk to St Annes pier.
Superb breakfast and great service from all staff. Spacious and comfy rooms.
We had plenty of parking, even when the car park was full, there was road side parking available. This is our second time visiting. A short drive in to Blackpool "
