"Lovely and relaxing Great place for us only 6/7min. From our daughter as we came to visit We would of loved if was air-conditioning in rooms, but as we had fans in your room was very helpful in the hottest day/nights. When fans are quiet, we did have one loud fan on one occasion we stayed But overall great place brilliant breakfast & food , staff very perlite,welcoming and helpful ,views fabulous we would definitely stay again Thank you horn of plenty Mr & Mrs Matthews"

"I would say this was an exceptional stay. All the extra touches have been taken with this place. Highly recommend to all. I was originally concerned about sharing a bathroom, but I have to say- everything is maintained so impecably, its not really something to be concerned about at all. Was totally comfortable the entire time. All of the stars!"

"I arrived to a lovely greeting from Sandra who showed me to my room and made me feel welcome. The old watermill and out buildings are full of character and it is home this time of year to a hundred or more of swallows & swifts, which is a sight to see. The views are great and the courtyard catches the last of the westerly setting sun to enjoy some late afternoon warmth. I stayed half board and the food has been fantastic ! Plenty of free parking and placed at the end of a long lane there is only the sound of the country, but a stones throw is Tavistock for your every need. I will be back for sure !"

"Owl Barn was just beautiful - we loved the fact that the sheep wandered past the garden fence and the horses came close to be petted ! The view from the window was amazing and the Barn had everything we could possibly need - we would definitely recommend it and would be very happy to go back again "

"Kim was a brilliant host and we had a lovely stay despite the rain! The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The underfloor heating was a lovely treat to keep it warm especially when cold. Perfect base to explore Devon and most importantly dog friendly. We had an excellent stay! "

"The location and the property itself were perfect. The house was so well equipped, the bed really comfortable and the view beautiful! We felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the door, and especially appreciated the welcome basket - thank you! We enjoyed time relaxing in the house, and the walks from the door and nearby. A brilliant few days away; we really hope to visit again."
