"We had a great time during our stay. We encountered 2 challenges during our stay is 1 the AC is not working on our first night, 2 the toilet was not working well. Things happen so we just moved on but we definitely considering to go back in the summer and hopefully have a better more hassle free experience. "

"Hot breakfast has lots of options and the staff are helpful. Parking is plentiful, convenient and free. Room was fine. My main issue was that the property is understaffed - front desk frequently unattended, housekeeping service only every other day."

"Visited for 7 days. We only received a room cleaning twice in the 7 days. We called to request service, and even spoke with someone in person to please come to provide us with new towels at least, however, the request went ignored. The room was small and smelled of cigarette smoke for the entire stay. We are not smokers. We could not eat any of our leftovers from any restaurant, as there was no silverware or plastic ware provided. Would only recommend for 1 or 2 nights. Not ideal in the least for an extended stay, even if it is just to lay your head down at night. Frankly, 3 stars is generous. "

"I had requested a pet friendly room and didn't get one. The front desk person gave me a room and assured me it was fine even though I said I would find another hotel that could accommodate my dogs. Again, he reassured me. I paid the extra $50 fee for this added luxury At 9:00 pm, when I was finally relaxing, the front desk calls me to say they got a complaint about my dog barking. She's a shepherd. She barked once at a sound outside. That pissed me off. I told him so. Then as I am sleeping at midnight, two people just checking in were yelling back and forth to each other about what each other had brought in. Staying at Hilton next time. You get what you pay for."

"Great location, our room and the entire hotel was super clean. The Manager at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, providing good information about the city. He was so thoughtful at checkout to ask if we enjoyed any of the places he mentioned for dining options."

"The front desk woman was very helpful and so nice and always is. We were there a few weeks ago as well and decided to book again. The pool was great and the parking is very convenient. Will definitely keep on booking in the future."

"I wasn’t expecting anything fancy because it’s a cheap motel. I could get over the fact that the place was sketchy. The walls were peeling and damaged, the place reeked of cigarettes, and there was dirt all over the floor. What I could not get over was that on one bed, there was blood stains on the sheets and unidentified stains all over the side. On the other bed, there were burnt holes into the sheets, like from a cigarette or a lighter, and there was obvious water damage with mold on the boxspring. We stayed less than 15 minutes and then checked out demanding a refund and did not stay the night."
