"Absolutely loved this bed-and-breakfast. It is a beautiful old Victorian, which is kept very well with a lot of history. It's in a very nice neighborhood in Dover and very walkable. There is always tea and coffee and cookies available and breakfast was served on their porch and it was delicious. I would definitely return to this bed-and-breakfast"

"The young man at the front desk was so friendly. We were able to bring our two dogs. We got a room at the end of the hall and that was very helpful when taking the dogs outside. "
"This house was excellent for our women's hockey team playing a tournament in Dover. There were plenty of beds, the layout of the kitchen was perfect for gathering, the hottub and spa shower were a welcomed bonus after several games, the fire pit was the perfect place to relax after a long day. "

From the beginning communication was challenging with this property. Messages weren’t answered and if they were they were met with one to two word answers. With the fact that the property had no reviews at the time on this site and only one on another site, I requested to speak with the owner on the phone. He was friendly but not very helpful but his friendliness allowed me to put down my guard. I should have cancelled.

The yard was flooded and full of mosquitoes so opening the windows would have resulted in bites and possible virus transmission. Moving to the basement there was a terrible decaying fish smell that filled the whole downstairs room where the bunk beds were (and where are six childr"
