Mattress was awful. Very worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on. Staff thought it was more important to finish folding sheets than to attend guests with check in. Other than that it was a nice and clean place to stay at for the 2 nights

My wife and I thought that the room was very nice. It had the expected amenities and the room was clean and well kept. I did have a little trouble controlling the television remote (adjusting volume esp.), but was able to switch between channels. To help with the volume issue, I was able to adjust the volume up but couldn't adjust the volume down. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and good pressure! Room was very comfortable.

The staff was amazing. They were polite and friendly. They anticipated my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and more. When I told the desk I was checking out at 4 am the next morning, the night staff have coffee and snacks ready for my departure. Thoughtful, clean, attentive and the room was great.

We had never stayed at a Microtel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was larger than expected, very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to move the outdoor ashtray away from the front door, initial entry to lobby smells like an old bowling alley.
