"Had a wonderful time at Blue Cabin. The cabin was clean, quaint, and cozy. It’s the perfect place to relax and make your way around the area. The host’s were so nice and accommodating. There were some staple is the fridge and cabinets. There were some surprise snacks too. I really enjoyed myself."

"Positives-House was clean, well equipped, outside was beautiful and the firepit was awesome!Negative-Water was so low that the dock was out of the water which was horrible for 6 guys on a fishing trip. Also, with the water being low boat rentals we're closed for the year and guides had already been booked up because we didn't know we needed one until last minute. In the future, it would be nice to people visiting to list a disclaimer that the water is extremely low and people who are visiting can determine if they want to chose an different place or make arrangements for a fishing guide so they know they can get access to a boat/lake"

"My family and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable time here. We all needed peace and quiet and nature, and that is what you will get here. The loudest noises were the acorns falling on the deck and the occasional screech of the eagle in the distance. Our favorite time was sitting on the deck in the morning and watching the beauty of the lake and surrounding area. The living space inside is nice. It took a day or two to get the rhythm of the whole upstairs downstairs with cooking and where we wanted which meals. The circular staircase was hard for me to go down at first if I was carrying something because I get a little dizzy looking down. (I am 65 and have had foot surgery a while ago, so not a big fan of going down any stairs) Going up was fine. But after a few days, I was fine. I got over my fear. My adult kids had no problems at all with them. The beds were fantastic. I especially loved mine, which was located downstairs. The internet was mostly good, but we could not get the TV to load Netflix so we just used a phone hotspot which worked great. There are not ANY stores within 25 mins away, so plan ahead if you don't want to drive back into town. There are many options in town of restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Definitely worth staying at this lake house."
