"Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little bit, then probably not for you. But it does come with a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. We'll be back for sure."

"Wonderful house and location. We had a mix of 9 adults and 8 children ranging from 1 to 10 years. The house worked so well for us with the open plan kitchen, orangery and snug. We had great fun playing in the lake, hot tub and tennis court. We had a family meal cooked for us in the event barn on one evening. This was so special and so chilled as we only had to wonder across the path, definitely recommend doing this. Thank you Susan & Phil for looking after us so well. We hope to come back for future celebrations."

"The room door would not open all the way and the bathroom door would not close. They need a grab bar at the end of the tub to reduce the risk of injury when getting out of the shower (tub had high sides and the bottom was a few inches higher than the floor). Curtains would have been a nice addition given that the blinds did not provide full privacy from the people who i could see walking past my window. A bin in the bathroom would have been nice as would some kind of doormat so i didnt track in muck from outside. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good."
