"I was surprised there was no reception or anyone to greet us. The entry looked like an abandoned bar. We tried to call a phone number from a sign on the window, but nobody answered. Because we arrived after 3pm, we wanted to go sightseeing before everything closed, so we took the risk of leaving our luggage unattended. Luckily, when we came back, we were able to call and talk to someone to check us in. The rooms were lovely & clean. Check out was contactless, so again, nobody to confirm our stay was at its end."

"We had a lovely spacious suite room which we were upgraded to and charged extra for without prior knowledge.Even though it was lovely you would have thought there would have been an explanation.The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would recommend the cooked breakfast."

"Perfect location for a nice walk to the castle! Shanna was super kind and very responsive, messaging me back very quickly when I had a question. Room had gorgeous new interior design and breakfast was perfect. "Leo" the lion guarded me outside my window."

"Great place and close to just about everything Stirling. Walk to central Stirling, castle, and train and bus station. Tesco is also a close walk. If you get a completely rained out day - there is a great Hollywood Bowl location close by. And a good kitchen you can actually cook in. And, the local manage was super helpful (thanks Carole)! Will be back."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient, only 150m away and very reasonably priced. The location was excellent with good restaurants nearby. It had a combination washer/dryer, which is one reason we chose it but there were no instructions as to how to use it. Written instructions would help. My only complaint was since there is no air conditioning, they should supply fans for the bedrooms."
