"The property is beautiful, great location, decor, amenities, it really is the best place to stay in Ushuaia. The staff is realty nice, polite, very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the only problem we had the first night was to figure out that there was a blackout curtain behind two other curtains, I wish we were informed as it was a little uncomfortable to sleep with the windows uncovered when it gets dark at midnight and light at 5 am. One other suggestion to make the stay perfect is for the restaurant to serve the food faster as it took quite a long time after ordering for the food to arrive. "

"After spending 10 days at Aldea Nevada, I found it to be a sylvan paradise that exceeded my high expectations in every way. The staff was helpful and quickly responsive, "our" cabin (it felt like home) so comfortable with all necessary amenities, the location close to everything yet far enough away to offer the silent solitude of a wooded glen. Seriously, I would consider going back to Ushuaia just to stay there, such is the beauty and serenity of this forested property. There is so much natural beauty in Tierra del Fuego, but it is Aldea Nevada I am missing... I can offer no higher praise."

"To stay here staring at beautiful mountains and the channel is paradise. It is only an easy quick 10 minute ride to the city center and airport. Tour operators collect you at the hotel. Taxi and shuttle services is quick and quicker. Fantastic service and staff, and good. Highly recommend. "

"This is a great great hotel. Location is amazing, in downtown center but still slightly away on a hill in a quite zone. The view from the hotel lobby sitting area and from the Hotel Restaurant is breadth taking. You can see the water and the snow capped mountains from the hotel. The Room was big, very clean and had all the amenities. The Breakfast was top class (fruits, cookies, pastries, scrambled eggs, ham, yogurt, cheese, coffee/tea, juice). The Breakfast room is one of the best I have ever seen - this is fine dining with a view. CheckIn was very smooth and so was Checkout. There are elevators. If you want to do to downtown, it is a short walk on the hill."
