"We had an absolutely delightful stay at Sophie’s Cottage celebrating our 33rd Wedding Anniversary. Julie and John have created an idyllic, cosy and peaceful sanctuary set amongst the picturesque Adelaide Hills. A gorgeous, historic stone cottage equipped with everything needed for a home away from home escape. Lots of homey little touches adding to the county ambiance. "The room was a step above a usual hotel room. The design and decor was comfortable and innovative. The bathroom had some lovely design features as well as having all the necessary accessories. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will book again when next we return to Adelaide. "

"We had to book this at the last minute due to another booking that was NOT okay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. We were even upgraded to a studio, which was such a relief after our previous experience. Brownhill Creek is set deep in a valley, with the most beautiful surroundings. We were woken in morning to yellow-crested cockatoos and pink galahs. The park is also equipped with a playground and firepit. We took advantage of the cafe-caravan on site with all day breakfasts, and pizzas on Friday and Saturday nights. Would we come back here again? For sure!"
