"We travel to Dublin 1-2 times a year, and the Clayton is always our go to. Convenient to city centre, clean, easy parking — and always such kind staff (we have two young kids and the staff, particularly those at breakfast are so friendly!) "
Spacious, bright and modern apartment on Monkstown seafront
10/10 Excellent
"What an amazing stay we had! Everything about this property was perfect for our family. We were here for our daughter’s wedding. This property had everything needed for a relaxing, easy, comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed. Coffee and teas provided with an Nespresso for a great cup of coffee. The apartment was clean, as were bathrooms and the addition of a washer/dryer was extremely convenient. The location is also wonderful-walking distance through delightful Monkstown and well as the train station. Highly, highly recommended if you are traveling to the area. We will tell everyone about our wonderful Thank you Eavan for your warm hospitality- I’m sure we will return soon for another wonderful visit.Joyce and Lou Martin and family"
"Our room was very clean with a nice, modern and sleek bathroom. Big enough room compared to generally small European hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable although my pillow was hard and made my neck hurt. But this is just a minor issue for me. Their breakfast buffet had very good selections. John at the bar was great and poured the perfect Black and Tan for a nightcap. There is a convenience store or what they call the “petrol garage” next to the hotel as well as a cute café around the corner. Very convenient public transportation by the hotel. Bus stop right outside and a short walking distance to the Booterstown train station. There is a coach bus from the airport that stops right by the hotel. We took a taxi going back to the airport (for our return flight back to the US) which the front desk staff arranged for us. A very nice, comfortable and convenient stay overall. Highly recommend. "
