"Absolutely worst hotel experience I have ever had. I was put in room #1 which is right next to the door to the reception as well as the stairwell. The room has _zero_ sound insulation so every time someone exited or entered the reception area, the door would slam shut. The room vibrated with every slam. Additionally, you heard every stomp of feet on the staircase.
I checked out at 3:15am because it was a waste of time to stay any longer."

"In line with some other feedback, the hotel could desperately do with up-dating which is a shame as the staff are excellent and do their best to provide a great experience. A decent bar area and the food is very good, both in terms of menu choice and quality. "
