"Room on the 5th floor wasn’t great (smell+). Dinner in the bar wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine. Arranged shuttle transportation to the airport. Pickup was 45 mins. Late. Wasn’t advised that there would be a $10 charge for each person +tip. Made other arrangements the following week. "

We ending up finding a really big cockroach in our room, the lady at the desk was no help and when we went downstairs she was kind of rude and tried to move us to the next room over. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. Even had to contact hotels.com to get a refund for the last night."

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing. The only thing I had an issue with was the transportation from the airport. I sat at the airport for over an hour and 45 minutes so the next morning instead of me waiting on the shuttle, I decided to take a Uber overall the hotel was amazing when it comes to the shuttle service. It was horrible."
