"Staff was super friendly. The parking lots being all over the place were odd. And note—the breakfast, which was really basic, is across the parking lot in its own building NOT where the rooms are. Also odd. We knew about the construction on the pier so it wasn’t a shocker. Location of the property was good and close to restaurants and shops. We our bikes too so we could do the boardwalk. The place is older and pretty dated. But all the basics were there. We didn’t have kids or anything so we didn’t use the pools. Not sure I’d go back. But the stay was fine."

The areas that were lacking were - the waterpark as it needs some more maintenance - housekeeping only available once a week But other than that it was a great experience."

"The general facilities were good. Beautiful beach. The pools were very nice, but the rooms were extremely dirty—they didn't clean them properly, didn't leave enough soap or shampoo (or anything else), and didn't provide pool towels. "I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I had to change rooms twice because of cleanliness issues. Both rooms were dirty—the headboards had visible dirt, and the carpet was old, stained, and had a bad smell. After moving to the second room, I asked for it to be cleaned, but the housekeeper told me he was only there to provide towels and take out the trash. That was really frustrating and not what I expected. The overall property wasn’t much better. There was trash all around both the indoor and outdoor pool areas, including beer cans left by other guests, which made everything feel unclean and poorly managed. The elevators were also a problem—they were always overcrowded and hard to use. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or service, and I would not recommend staying here."
