We offer beautiful rooms, all with shower, toilet, hair dryer and satellite TV, some with balcony and in the morning a rich breakfast buffet for a good start to a successful day.


Close to the forest with a wonderful view of Innsbruck, Hall and surroundings lies our guest house Sonnenheim in a quiet location. Awarded the seal of quality "Hiking in the Hall-Wattens region", it is a starting point for beautiful hikes in the Tyrolean mountains, a popular holiday destination in every season.After a generous renovation, we now offer you beautiful rooms, all with shower, toilet and hairdryer, satellite TV, some with balcony and in the morning a rich breakfast buffet for a good start to the day. We serve this in our new comfortable breakfast or Lounge with TV. A large sunbathing lawn in summer and a sun terrace for cozy hours invite you to relax. To stimulate your vitality and health, our new "Physiotherm" infrared cabin is available all year round. In-house parking is also available.     Visit to the Innsbruck area

    My wife an I stayed in this apartment during our visit to Innsbruck. It is located in a picturesque quiet little town just outside of the city. The property is very well kept and the view from our apartment was amazing. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

    Fantastic friendly stay

    Lovely greeting, whilst we did not speak German the owner communicated with us in a really friendly helpful manner. The room was spotless and the bed so comfy. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains which was amazing to spend evenings there. There is a small fridge in the room stocked with beer and soft drinks which was handy. Would definitely recommend.

    Convenient and amazingly helpful hosts

    We were so impressed with both the place and even more so, the hosts. We came late afternoon on Sunday when all the shops were shut. We had special dietary needs and had brought some food with us that needed cooking. The host graciously volunteered to cook the food, and he brought it to us in the dining area along with a platter of hams/cheeses. The next day, he left at 7.30 a.m. to buy some gluten free and lactose free milk for our breakfast at 8.00. We were so touched by someone who would go out of their way, to be so kind and caring for their guests. This is what true customer service is about. The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures - very neat rooms, fridge in the room, breakfast dining with large assortment. I can't fault any aspect of this accommodation and would recommend to anyone passing by this way to make this their accommodation choice. The view over the village is really nice when there is clear weather, and the town is conveniently close to Innsbruck if that is where you are heading.

    Ein super angenehme Übernachtung

    Die Unterkunft liegt richtig toll gelegen am Hang, man hat eine hervoragend Aussicht und es ist angnehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber, schön eingerichtet und dank den tollen Betten hat man einen erholsamen Schlaf. Und auch Gastgeber sind richtig freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier bekommt man ein richtig tolles Gesamtpaket, wir kommen gerne wieder und können es mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
