"Pros: The highlight of the place is definitely the balcony/location. It is just a place to stay and linger admiring the view. Either during the day or even at night with a blanket. The nearby lake and mountains are great for hiking and relaxing. We even hiked all the way to the Italian border! That being said the house is also completely renovated so it is definitely great as well. Everything is according to the pictures."

"Pros: Eine schöne, saubere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für ein Paar mit einem großen Hund /oder Kind 😄Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt -man hört aber von der Autobahn selbst gar nichts. Der Eigentümer (Helmuth)ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind aufgrund der Wetterlage einen Tag früher abgereist. Auch hier gab es keinerlei Schwierigkeiten oder Ähnliches. "Located in the heart of Seefeld and close to all trails, restaurants and train station, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We upgraded our room for the chalet experience and were very happy with the decor and vibe. It felt like having a mini appartment. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection of items both savoury and sweet as well as the more healthy options. We dined a la carte and had a delicious meal and a fantastic waitress. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only surprise at the end was being charged for coffee pods, but I guess we should have read the list of consummable items better, we did not even glance at this since in most countries coffee is complementary. In no way this marred our experience, simply mentionning it for future guests to be aware. The spa is a great way to relax after mountain hiking all day and was appreciated to restore sore muscles. We loved our stay and would come back in the future if we ever visit the area again."

"We were welcomed by friendly staff who were very helpful in recommending cafes, tours etc There were beautiful views from floor to ceiling room windows and the restaurant rooftop bar. We used the local free transport card to travel on the trams and buses and enjoyed the peak to peak bus journey. We can thoroughly recommend the breakfast."
