The main elevators broke while we were there. The walls were dirty, curtains were taped to the wall and clipped with large office supply clips to hold them closed. The pictures posted on Expedia of the place was not current and it did not look like this, nor was the breakfast what was pictured!

I had to request a different room twice. First room was dirty and infested with ants or some type of bug that looked like ants. The second room had a terrible odor and some type of black mold growing under the mini fridge. Neither shower stalls in those rooms would drain the water from bath and shower. The third room had a terrible odor. The carpet in front of the elevator on the fifth floor was flooded with water. When you walk on it; the water would literally slosh under your feet. The whole place stunk. The pool area was so hot we couldn't enjoy a swim. The pool water was hot and smelled like funky feet. I didn't get much sleep in any room due to the noise and smell. I will not stay in this hotel again ever. Bad experience. I would have been better off sleeping in my vehicle.

The toilet wasn't clean and the room was still kinda dirty. They half cleaned it. There was still socks from whoever stayed there previously but it was an last min option to stay

Poor amenities. Main light burnt out, bathroom shades missing, window curtain missing and other side was deteriorating, No hair blower, hook torn off on bathroom door, Dirty floors, mirrors and furniture, torn lampshades, beer cap under fitted sheet and slamming doors till very late. Door hinge was broken and someone could have easily broken in with a good push.. We reported light and lady put in new bulb but door lock wasn't addressed till we were in bed so we asked for them to fix later. Didn't stay for breakfast.

I was very disappointed in the condition of the property. The pool is not heated and the hot tub was dirty and broken. The breakfast was not good. It did not taste very well and there was only waffles, cereal, biscuit and gravy, toast, greek yogurt and boiled eggs. I was really sad with the way the hotel was. The staff was very nice!

Not sure what was going. On. Rooms weren’t ready till 8:30, rooms were not as clean as expected. Holes in doors and walls, molding crusty looking, carpet thread bare. Young man at desk looked overwhelmed and not helpful at all. One word answers to questions and they were all no. Restaurant under renovation, no coffee until majority were ready to leave. Definitely not my top pick

I opted for the Wyndam because it had a gym. When we got there both treadmills didn't work and all the free weights were missing. The shower curtain was also falling from the walls.

Staff was great, accommodating and very friendly. They appear to be going through renovations after taking over a Budget Inn and while the cleanliness of the room itself (I saw a few rubber bands on the floor that were not cleaned up and some used tissues) they were minor and we would have gladly stayed longer, they were booked. Definitely would stay there again!!

Amenities as advertised in room were not there, was supposed to be a smoke free facility our room smelt like a giant ash tray. No place to hang clothes, trash in drawers, no hot water the night of the 15th, no seat in shower for disabled though shower was to ADA, no place to put soap or shampoo. This was an open walk in shower wheel chair accessible. Will NOT stay at another Wyndham hotel. They had 2people working, only one checking people in I felt sorry for him, kudos to him. The other needs to be fired.

As soon as I walked in the lobby, the smell was bad, like cleaner and deodorizer, covering something. The walls behind check in need paint and patching, found dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor, and small garbage in the room. There was a used washcloth still hanging from the shower dry. My room had a more intensified. Smell then found in the lobby like orange cleaner and diarrhea combined. It appeared only one elevator was working, the panel with the buttons was loose and looked like they used to tape at one points to keep it from rocking back-and-forth. The pool water was very cloudy, and my skin itched after I got out. The hot tub was not working and looks like it hadn’t been used in quite a while. The pool deck I had rust stains and green algae growing underneath a few of the chairs where there was wet spots. There was also an outlet in the pool area without a cover with wires that were capped off, but accessible, the tub was very very slow to drain. Taking a shower. I was standing in 4 inches of water before my shower was over. The only news station on the TV was CNN, boo.

Staff is friendly. Original room they gave me was already assigned to someone that was occupying the room when i walked in on them. The satellite never worked the entire time. Place is dirty. Water in the bathtub never stopped running.
