"Overall, property was fine. Clean, nice view and location, well provisioned. Perhaps showing a degree of decay and ongoing attention, the mattress in master bedroom seems to be wearing, it's likely the door entry code had not been changed in last 10 months (the same code was used for guests last summer), trash has accumulated on slope below deck, and a couple of lights were out on the property, etc."
