If I could sum up our 7-day stay at Qunci Villa Resort it would be FABULOUS! My husband and I had an oceanview room and it superceded our expectations. Large bed, Bottled water renewed everyday! We had an outdoor shower in our bathroom- very nice! The staff have been well trained in hospitality and look after guests extremely well. They were friendly, attentive and always there to make sure we were well catered to. The three outdoor pools overlooking the ocean allowed for beautiful views at all times. The pool staff were friendly and the QR code ordering for food & drinks was great. So many places to sit and soak in the sun that one didn't feel like you'd run put of space. The three restaurants were well designed and the food was very good - Choose from Italian, seafood or Indonesian. Happy hour every day. We loved our time there and will most definitely come again!

The staff at this resort are excellent and my friends and I were extremely happy with their service. They were attentive, polite and always had a smile on their faces. Unfortunately, the property itself was not as good. We encountered a number of problems during our stay. 1) the living room and dining areas flood when it rains. imagine trying to have a nice chat with your friends with puddles of water everywhere. To be fair, the staff did mop up the water once the rain subsided but when it rained again in the evening, and the staff had retired for the day (5 pm), there was water all over the living room and dining room again. This resulted in my daughter slipping and hitting her head. 2) the property needs be upgraded/maintained better. The shower heater for all the rooms except one did not work and we had to shower in cold water. The door for one of the rooms upstairs was broken. The air conditionings for 3 of the rooms were not working. The bathrooom in the smaller room upstairs had a plumbing problem and would flood every time anyone had a shower. On the last day, one of the toilets was blocked and nearly overflowed (nobody threw paper into the toilet) The manager at the property did make up for the inconvenience after we told him about it (thank you) but I do hope that the property maintenance will be improved as the hotel itself is quite beautiful.

The villa is part of a group of villas. It's extremely well located in Kuta town. Still quiet location of the main strip of busy restaurants. Minutes to the beach. We used the mini pool everyday, multiple times as it was a great way to cool off. Great designed property architecture wise and the interior design is very well thought through. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious and would recommend.

Hotel Origin was a really great place to stay.We had a couple rooms overlooking the pool which was lovely.The room was spacious and included the shower and toilet.Breakfast is included with a variety of pastries, toast, pancakes,French toast as well as eggs of your choice will be cooked for you.Indonesian food is also available for breakfast such as chicken and rice etc The staff are delightful, so friendly and very accommodating.We would often stop and chat with them during the day .The only negative was after our rooms were cleaned they smelt of body odour which tended to linger .
