"My partner and I had a magical stay at the Sira last week. The whole staff, and in particular our Butler Ein, made us feel so welcome and looked after during the stay, including creating some special moments to recognise our anniversary. The facilities were incredible, and the food was outstanding. We would love an opportunity to return at some stage and would recommend the resort highly."

"The hotel is very close to the airport so that makes it convenient when arriving and departing. It is approximately 17 km from Kuta and the Mandalika International Circuit. Best to rent a scooter to get around. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I found the hotel bar and restaurant a bit pricey. Better deals to be found in town."

"Hotel has seen some life over the years, so could do with a bit of refurb (rooms). But the outside area, garden, pool etc is really nice. You spend most pf the time outside and its lovely there. Pool - big; Palm trees - all around; Right on the sea front - yes. They have daily activities, most are for kids but still a bonus. Gym is quite small but is open 24/7 so you can use it whenever. Staff are of course great. Hotel gives off ‘white lotus - hawaii’ vibes, but in a good way. Breakfast is good, enough choice for everyone, both indonesian or continental style. Dinners (we had half board) were limited from actual ‘payable’ menu, but still good enough. Had new dish each night. Location - interesting. Most hotels in senggigi closed some time ago, so only handfull of big ones remain. It is very different to Kuta in the south. The nature is picturesque going up north, so worth it. Take a bike to bangsal and have 5min fast public boat to gili islands."

They tried to clean the mould but it didn’t help so I asked again and this time they changed the seals. The staff were amazing, friendly, warm and made the effort to make my stay amazing. "Hotel Origin was a really great place to stay.We had a couple rooms overlooking the pool which was lovely.The room was spacious and included the shower and toilet.Breakfast is included with a variety of pastries, toast, pancakes,French toast as well as eggs of your choice will be cooked for you.Indonesian food is also available for breakfast such as chicken and rice etc The staff are delightful, so friendly and very accommodating.We would often stop and chat with them during the day .The only negative was after our rooms were cleaned they smelt of body odour which tended to linger ."
