"So.....I booked this hotel because parking was included. When we arrived at about 4:30 (check in was 4:00) they told us it was mandatory valet parking and it was $50.00. We had no option. Upon checkout - we had to wait in line over 1/2 hour for our vehicle to be retrieved standing in a hot garage. ..."
