"The first 2 nights were loud, especially the 2nd. I kept quiet until 10 pm but that didn’t seem to help. Dogs barking in the lobby which was down the hall from my room. Loud kids and adults in the hallway. I asked the next morning if they could put a “Quiet” sign out and was told that quiet hours start when the pool closes. I said obviously people don’t know that. I will never stay here again and will probably never stay at another best western again. It would not have hurt the clerks to quiet the people and dog down."

"The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!"

"Overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and spoke anytime we passed and were extremely helpful. Bathroom in room was extremely small. Breakfast was good although it was same thing every morning."

"We stayed on a Friday and the reception was chicken fajitas and tortilla soup. This has happened to me before. I don’t care for Mexican food due to spices. It would be nice to have a second opinion! Offer a non Mexican soup maybe or a better salad than spinach."

"This place should be permanently closed. It was run down, out of date, and the outside looked like it was hit by a tornado. The carpets in the hallways were brown from dirt and debris. The hotel room had an overpowering smell of flowers and deorderant to cover up the real smell. The walls of the main entrance behind the front desk where grose and chipped up severly. Behind the desk there was a lot of junk and trash. Outside around the property there was a lot of trash and debris. The curtains in my room were coated in dust. The window was broken and even the light fixture was tapped up with clear packing tape to make it work. Shut this place down and build a nice hotel. It is in a great area of south Saint Louis"

"The house was nice, the neighborhood was questionable and the street was in need of a lot of repair. There was no deck off the kitchen and could see that it appeared work was in process. If you can't do steps or if you are handicapped, you may not want to stay at this location. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. It had plenty of beds for all of us."

"DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE DESPERATE! The only thing worse than the service is the amenities. This place basically offers a bed and a shower—and even those fall short. There was no hot water, no extra blankets if you get cold, and the entire place had a strange, unpleasant smell. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else."
